Wellington E. Watts, II

I am the first of four children born to Earl and Anna on a July 25, 1942. Our dad was a minister in the Wesleyan Church for 45 years and I am continuing the spirit of that ministry but in the area of music. I am married and have one son.

My 25 years in education have been divided between public school teaching and being the principal of a Christian school. As principal, I continued to raise the academic standards at the academy, and our students responded with high scores on standardized tests.

I have also worked in churches as music and choir director and am presently a worship team leader in our local church. I have conducted and arranged many musical productions with my local church. I have also created musical dramatizations, directed special programs, and directed community choirs. The Unity Music Singers, a community choir, was formed this past year. Unity Music with the choir presented the multi-media program , "A Salute to Heroes - We Will Never Forget", five times in 1999.

For many years, I have felt the need to develop diversified ministries. You can hear a sample of my music on the
"Are You Searching?" web page. Feel free to e-mail me regarding the cassette tape and about concert information. Please visit the other ares on this site. If you need more information on any aspect of Unity Music, please contact me.

God is blessing,
Wellington Watts
